These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of chauffeur services by Chauffey (“we,” “us,” “our”) to the customer (“you,” “your”). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Overview

1.1 We provide chauffeur-driven vehicle services, including transportation to and from destinations, event transportation, airport transfers, and other services agreed upon at the time of booking.

1.2 All services are subject to availability.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 All bookings must be made in advance, either online, by phone, or through an authorized agent.

2.2 A valid credit card or other form of payment may be required to confirm the booking.

2.3 The customer must provide accurate details when booking, including the pickup location, destination, time, and number of passengers.

2.4 In cases of last-minute bookings or changes, we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee availability.

3. Consent to Receive Messages

3.1 By signing up, you agree to receive messages from Chauffey, including updates, promotions, and important notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply.

3.2 Providing your phone number is required to receive these messages, but you can opt out anytime by following the instructions in our messages.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

4.1 If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee.

4.2 Modifications, such as changes to the time, location, or vehicle type, must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability and any additional fees.

4.3 If we cancel a service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., vehicle breakdown, traffic incidents, or severe weather), we will notify you and offer a full refund or reschedule the service.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 All charges, including additional fees (e.g., tolls, parking, gratuities), must be settled before or at the time of the service.

5.3 Late payment may result in additional charges or suspension of service.

5.4 We accept credit card.

6. Pricing and Fees

6.1 Prices are determined at the time of booking and are based on factors such as vehicle type, duration, and distance of travel.

6.2 Additional charges may apply for special requests, detours, or delays caused by factors beyond our control.

6.3 A fuel surcharge or other applicable fees may be added to the base rate as specified in the booking.

7. Customer Responsibilities

7.1 You are responsible for ensuring that you and your passengers are ready at the designated pickup location at the specified time.

7.2 You must ensure the number of passengers and luggage do not exceed the vehicle’s capacity.

7.3 You are responsible for ensuring the safety and conduct of all passengers during the journey.

7.4 You are required to comply with all local laws and regulations during the ride.

7.5 You must notify us in advance of any special requests or requirements, including but not limited to child seats, accessibility needs, or large luggage.

8. Driver Conduct and Expectations

8.1 Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and will provide courteous, safe, and timely service.

8.2 Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if passengers are engaging in unlawful, dangerous, or disruptive behaviour.

8.3 Smoking, drinking alcohol, or the consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

8.4 Chauffeurs will adhere to speed limits and road safety regulations at all times.

9. Liabilities and Disclaimers

9.1 We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or accidents.

9.2 We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

9.3 Our liability for any claims arising out of the service is limited to the total amount paid for the service, except where prohibited by law.

10. Force Majeure

10.1 We are not liable for any failure to perform our services due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 We respect your privacy and handle all personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By booking with us, you consent to our collection and use of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11.2 We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide the services (e.g., sharing your details with our chauffeurs).

12. Governing Law

12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the US.

12.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the US.

13. Amendments to Terms

13.1 We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website, and the revised version will be effective immediately upon posting.
